Disney describes Palo’s menu as classic Northern Italian cooking “with a modern twist.” Palo serves brunch and dinner for an additional charge of $45 per person. The brunch consists of a la carte items (the buffet is currently not offered). A version of Palo is found on all the Disney Cruise Line ships. The Fantasy and Dream have matching layouts.

We recently went on the Disney Dream in January 2023 and were able to enjoy Palo Brunch while on board. Here is a picture of the menu as well as various food items we enjoyed on this cruise and previous sailings. We also have our full story on Palo Brunch if you would like to read more.
