We stayed in Stateroom 2139 on the Disney Magic during our Spring Break 2023 cruise. It is a Category 10C Deluxe Inside Stateroom located in the aft (rear) port (left) side of the ship on Deck 2, behind the aft elevators. We mainly selected this room on price. While overall we liked staying in an inside stateroom, I didn’t necessarily like the location. There were odd smells in the room, some of which came from the kitchen above or from the thrusters that would fire when the ship was docking. When the thrusters would fire, there was an odd oily smell in the room as well as intense vibrations. I believe I would try to select an inside stateroom either in the middle or towards the front of the ship.
