Every returning Disney Cruise Line passenger receives a gift in their stateroom when they board the ship.  There will be one gift per stateroom, regardless of the number of passengers in each stateroom.  Here are some pictures of the Castaway Club Gifts we have received over the years. 

We finally got pictures of some of the Silver 25th anniversary gifts that are being given out this summer thanks to our friends from Rope Drop Radio (follow via iTunes, Facebook and Twitter) and Michelle McKnight at Touring Plans Travel Agency. They sent us pictures of the Castaway Club gift they had waiting in their room when they arrived for their Fantasy cruise. 

The item on the right is a canvas tote bag given to Silver Members (the gifts are cumulative)! The item all the way on the left is a Wet/Dry bag for Gold Members. The towel in the center (Captain Mickey shaped) is for Platinum Members.

The previous gifts for Platinum members are a backpack cooler and Castaway Club luggage tags (not pictured).  The cooler bag folds flat and has backpack straps if you want to carry it around easily:

The current gift for Silver and Gold Castaway Club members is a sling bag (backpack/shoulder bag) and luggage tags. Our friends from Rope Drop Radio (follow via iTunes, Facebook and Twitter) and Michelle McKnight at Touring Plans Travel Agency sent us a picture of the Castaway Club gift they had waiting in their room when they arrived for their Alaskan cruise.  We’ve heard recent reports that this has been the gift on other ships as well.  

This was the first version of a beach bag that we received as a Castaway Club gift.  We received this bag during cruises in 2014 and early 2015. 

We also received at least one of these magnetic “white” boards.  These were actually super useful!

In 2015, we received a version of the bag with canvas handles:

We’ve received numerous copies of this version of this beach bag.  It has a large burlap section to it.  Some people say it has a smell to it, but I haven’t noticed it.  We started getting this version of the bag around 2017.

Once on a 2017 cruise we also received these tumblers, which are good for hot or cold beverages.
