While on board the Disney Magic on a recent cruise, we took a stroll through the “it’s a small world” nursery.
The nursery is for children from ages 6 months to 3 years old. The nursery does have an additional charge associated with it; $9 per hour for the first child and $8 per hour for each additional child from the same family. You do have to make reservations for the nursery.
Not having a child of that age anymore, I can’t say exactly how check in and check out works. We walked through during the open house to get a feel for how the nursery looks. There were six cribs in the back area of the space.
There is an area with rocking chairs and a changing area, along with some space for the children to play.
This is the view from the front of the nursery looking towards the changing area. There seems to be an additional changing area in the front here, along with a sink and a small table (maybe for eating?).
The nursery looks like a safe fun area for smaller cruisers to hang out while their parents enjoy some adult time on their cruise!
