Disney describes Palo’s menu as classic Northern Italian cooking “with a modern twist.” Palo serves brunch at a price of $45 per person (this fee is waived for Platinum Castaway Club Members and above). The brunch consists of a la carte items (the previous buffet is currently not offered). A version of Palo is found on all the Disney Cruise Line ships. The Wonder and Magic have matching layouts and the Fantasy and Dream have matching layouts.
We have only experienced Palo Brunch on the Fantasy, Dream, Wonder and Magic.
To start your experience, every diner will be offered a single complementary class of Prosecco or a Prosecco-based drink such as a Mimosa or Kir Royale.
If you order ice tea, the ice cube themselves are made from ice tea so your drink doesn’t become watered down as the ice cubes melt.
After drinks and bread, you have choice of antipasti selections.
You are then free to order anything and as much from the menu you would like.
Here are various items we have ordered over the years from the menu.

Palo brunch used to include a buffet before Covid (before 2021). The buffet selections (not currently being offered) on all the ships have a comparable layout to the food items, so we will show this one from a previous sailing on the Fantasy.
