Disney Cruise Line describes Remy as “an adult-exclusive restaurant serving fine French fare”. Remy is found on both the Fantasy and the Dream. It serves a dinner and champagne brunch. We have done the dinner a total of three times while on board various sailings on the Disney Fantasy. You can check in on Deck 12 Aft at the desk located between Remy and Palo. You will be seated in the Meridian Bar after checking in at the desk until your table is ready.

Remy dinner now costs $125 per adult, plus gratuity. Remy dinner includes a complementary cocktail, “The Colette”. The Colette is a Champagne cocktail that is made table side for you. Colette is the female chef from the movie “Ratatouille”, which is the theme for the restaurant.

The menu offers two different multi-course meal experiences or you can order a la carte from three different choices.

Here are our pictures from a recent dining experience we had in Remy on a recent Disney Fantasy cruise. Three of us selected the Gout and Nancy selected the Saveur with a modification because of my wife’s lobster allergy. The meal started with bread service. I didn’t get a picture of the bread but I got one of the butter!

Here is our first course consisting of the Tomate and Langoustine.

Here is the second course consisting of Celeri and Halibut.

The third course consisted of Fletan and Pork.

The fourth course consisted of the Pigeon and the Kobe Beef.

We were then brought two Amuse-bouche to cleanse our palettes before dessert.

Following the Amuse-bouche, the dessert courses were brought consisting of the Fraise and the Peruvian Chocolate.

After five courses, the cheese selection was brought out. While we were getting full, we wanted to make sure we got the full experience, so we gave it a try. We let the waiter select the cheese and accoutrements.

After we were completely full, they brought another round of desserts. We tried a little bit of each, but eventually had it boxed up to share with the girls.

That ended our dining experience. Here are some pictures of the restaurant we took on a previous visit.

Sorry for the next fuzzy picture, but it shows the back corner of the restaurant.

Here are more pictures of the making of the Colette:

Here are a few different Amuse-bouche we have enjoyed over the years:

Here are some of the other dishes we have had. Sorry that some do not have captions, we were too bus enjoying the food to take good notes!
