Day 2
Day 2

After our prior day of getting up early to board the ship, we had very few plans for our first sea day.  We took the opportunity to sleep in late.  Nancy and I planned to enjoy Palo Brunch, so we decided to skip breakfast.  The girls got dressed and headed off to enjoy the ship while Nancy and I got ready and headed up to Palo.  We’ve talked about Palo many times, including how to book your reservation.  It goes without saying that we had a fantastic lunch. read more

The Disney Cruise Line Spring 2019 Itineraries were released at the end of October 2017.  While scanning through the list, we decided either the Magic or Wonder 5 night cruises would fit within our budget.  The Magic would be on a 5 night Western Caribbean leaving Miami on April 14th, 2019 with stops at Cozumel and Castaway Cay.  The Wonder would be on a 5 Night Baja cruise leaving San Diego on April 14, 2019 with stops at Cabo San Lucas and Ensenada read more

Vibe Teenage Club

Here are our pictures of the Vibe teenage club for ages 14-17 on the Disney Wonder from our Spring Break Trip in April 2019.  The club is located in the central smokestack of the ship.  There is an elevator that goes directly into the club as well.  My older daughter went to register while we took some pictures.  read more

Tender Boat
Tender Boat

On our recent Spring Break Disney Cruise, we got the opportunity to use the tender boat to go into Cabo San Lucas.  Tender boats are used at ports where there are not suitable docking facilities for the ship.  In this case, the Disney Wonder was too big to go into the port of Cabo San Lucas.  The solution is that the port will provide tender boats to take cruise ship passengers into the port and back to the ship.  We hadn’t had to tender into a port before this trip and were a bit nervous about the process. read more
